When Toyota Qatar needed display stands worthy of their flagship showroom floor, they turned to Solid Intercare — specialists in solid surface fabrication — to deliver a pair of custom Corian® pedestals that are as refined as the vehicles they frame.
The Brief
Toyota’s showroom environment demands the highest standards of material quality and brand coherence. The brief was clear: create tall, freestanding display kiosks that would hold digital information screens at eye level, carry the iconic Toyota badge and wordmark, and disappear into the showroom aesthetic with clean, seamless white surfaces — nothing to distract from the cars.
Solid Intercare accepted the challenge and set to work designing a tapered monolith form that would feel authoritative on the showroom floor without overpowering it. The result: two matching kiosks, each precision-fabricated in pure white DuPont Corian®, with an angled top panel to hold a digital display at a comfortable reading angle.

Material of Choice — DuPont Corian®
Corian® is the benchmark in solid surface materials for a reason. Non-porous, seamlessly joinable, and available in a crisp glacier white that holds its tone under harsh showroom lighting — it was the only material that could deliver the look and longevity this project demanded.
Unlike painted MDF or laminate alternatives, Corian® can be thermoformed, routed, and polished to produce edges and seams that are essentially invisible to the eye and touch. Every joint on these stands was sanded flush and finished to a smooth matte surface — the signature quality mark of a Solid Intercare build.

Seamless Joints
Corian® panels bonded and finished so no joint line is visible or felt — a hallmark of expert solid surface work.

Tapered Form
The kiosk body narrows slightly from base to top, giving visual lightness while maintaining a stable footprint on the showroom floor.

Angled Display Tray
The recessed top panel holds a digital screen at an ergonomic reading angle — no afterthought bracket, built into the form itself.

Brand Integration
Chrome Toyota badge and raised lettering set directly into the surface — no adhesive, no frame, just the logo and the Corian®.
Fabrication & Delivery
Each stand was built in the Solid Intercare workshop, assembled in sections and then bonded into a single rigid unit. After final polishing, both kiosks were wrapped in stretch film for transit protection — ensuring the pristine white surface arrived at the Toyota showroom without a mark.
Installation was straightforward by design. The flat-base construction sits squarely on any level floor, and internal cable management routes power for the display screen cleanly through the body of the stand — keeping the showroom floor free of visible wiring.

The Result
Standing in the Toyota showroom today, these kiosks do exactly what great display furniture should do: they hold the screen, they carry the brand, and they recede. Visitors’ eyes go to the specifications on screen and to the vehicles alongside — exactly as intended.
For Solid Intercare, this project is a demonstration of what becomes possible when solid surface fabrication is taken seriously from the first sketch to the final polish. Two kiosks. One material. Zero compromise.
